Pilotlight are an award-winning charity that transforms the lives of disadvantaged people in the UK by offering charities and social enterprises access to the strategic business support they need to become more efficient, effective and sustainable.
Diversifying Group supported Pilotlight in the recruitment of three Trustee positions with a brief that was two-fold. We were tasked to increase the diversity on the Board in terms of skills, as well as address the lack of ethnic diversity on the Board. Pilotlight were very keen to support first time Trustees joining the Board.
We employed a blended approach of Executive Search and recruitment marketing to ensure a wide reaching, inclusive campaign. We reached out extensively in our diverse network and successfully hired three Trustees, two of whom were from diverse backgrounds, to fill these fantastic roles.
