Diversifying Group’s podcast You Can’t Say Anything Anymore! is delighted to be partnering with Period To Pause for an exclusive live podcast recording for Menopause Awareness Month!
Our very own Cynthia Davis, CEO and Founder of Diversifying Group, will be in conversation with Amanda Laden, a fervent advocate for women’s healthcare and host of Period To Pause, alongside special guests.
We will be exploring menopause from all angles; debunking myths around what it is and who is impacted, how workplaces can adopt inclusive policies to support people going through menopause and why an intersectional approach is so crucial.
Whether you do, or will, experience menopause or if you want to learn how to support those that do, everyone is welcome on 27th October at 5:30pm (GMT).
At Diversifying Group, we’re passionate about delivering impactful events to inspire, motivate and connect people. We deliver a range of virtual and in-person events including panel discussions, networking, interviews, workshops and keynote speaker engagements.
We focus on sharing lived experiences to change hearts and minds. Our events bring fresh conversation around topics relating to Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), and we love collaborating with organisations who are on their D&I journey.
Thank you so much - it was insightful and I loved hearing about the great culture especially. It was a very honest and refreshing session and I feel like I have new ideas to use in my work now. Thanks for sharing your time and experiences.

How will coming to an event help me to find the right role?
Attending an event in collaboration with an inclusive organisation will give you key insight into their working culture and current available roles, as well as the opportunity to hear from current employees about their experiences. Not only will this help you work out whether you’d like to apply, but the insights will give you a head start on your application!
There’s also always time for you to ask questions so you can get the most out of each session.
I’m looking to leave my current workplace, but I am concerned about being seen on Zoom as I haven’t told my employer yet. Can I attend an event anonymously?
If you wish to remain anonymous at an online event, we recommend that you change your zoom screen name to something discreet, such as your initials.
We also ask that attendees keep their microphones and cameras off throughout the event.
