The National Union of Students (NUS) champion students to shape the future of education and create a better world. Within this mission, they are dedicated to fighting discrimination, isolation and injustice through campaigning and targeted action. The student movement is diverse. NUS hope that by harnessing our diversity and working together they will ensure a transformative education that is accessible for all; a mission that resonates with us at Diversifying Group.

Diversifying Group (formerly BAME Recruitment) joined forces with NUS to provide vital support on a diverse recruitment campaign for a number of senior leadership roles. We continue to support them in their journey to becoming a more diverse and inclusive organisation. In the past we have successfully recruited for the following positions: Director of Student Voice and Democracy, Director of Marketing and Communication, Director of Race Equity and Inclusion and Head of Marketing. We have also recruited six Trustees to the NUS Board Committee.
