We believe everyone should work in a way that suits them. That’s why we operate a hybrid working model, where we ask our team to join in-person strategy (and fun!) days once a month in our London office. Outside of these, you’re free to work from home, no matter where in the UK you live. And since not everyone enjoys working from home, our London co-working space is always open for our team to use whenever they need.

Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and it is imperative to us that everyone is happy and healthy at work and that staff are afforded a positive work-life balance.
We genuinely believe that work is a place that can have a positive impact on maintaining good mental wellbeing when purpose, structure and a sense of belonging is provided. At Diversifying Group, we recognise that it is our responsibility to create a safe and supportive environment where people feel comfortable having open and honest conversations. Struggling with mental or physical health can prove such an isolating experience and knowing that the organisation you work with actively addresses this can go a long way to alleviate a potential source of additional worry.
What are we doing to support wellbeing?
- Options to work flexibly and remotely. We pride ourselves on our culture of flexibility and balance for all our team
- End of year extended company break of at least 3 days in addition to annual leave
- Affording employees the time and space to talk about their wellbeing to their managers in regular check-ins
- Staff members who are trained mental health first aiders and can offer support when needed
- Ad-hoc self-care and wellness days, allowing everyone in the organisation some time off to take a pause and recharge
- Monthly team building activities
Our Recruitment Process
Here’s what you can expect after you apply:*
Initial interview or role discussion with a member of our recruitment team.
Second interview (either by video call or in person) with the hiring manager and another team member or members.
Final interview with a member of the leadership team and your future manager. You’ll be asked to complete a short task beforehand and present it during the start of your interview. There will also be time at the end of the interview for you to ask any questions you may have about the role.
