On 9th October 2018 BAME Recruitment turned three, and what a journey it has been so far!
Our CEO, Cynthia V. Davis founded BAME to offer a unique, authentic and effective recruitment and consultancy service, allowing our clients to recruit highly skilled diverse talent. Over the last three years our mission still stands - to help companies deliver fairer employment and hiring processes that are inclusive and representative of the diverse UK population. We have gone from strength to strength and partnered with some fantastic businesses who share our vision. It has been exciting to work with organisations who genuinely want to create inclusive and supportive environments for their employees, which in turn allows them to thrive and be valued for the differences they bring to their company.
We would like to thank our partners for working with us to help move towards a fairer and more inclusive workplace and society:
Amnesty International, Barclays, Bank of England, Caffé Nero, CBI, Comic Relief, EY, Financial Conduct Authority, Friends of the Earth, Graze, Harper Collins, House of Commons, Jamie Oliver Group, Leonard Cheshire Disability, London Learning Consortium, Mayor of London, National Education Opportunities Network, National Union of Students, Naz, NHS, Nia, Oxford University Student Union, Prudential, Shelter, SIG, Stonewall, Students’ Union Bournemouth University, Taylor Bennett Foundation, Tesco, Unicorn Theatre, University of Manchester Students’ Union, University of Oxford, University of Salford Students’ Union, University of Sussex Students’ Union, uSwitch, West Midlands Police & Crime Commissioner, Westminster Advisers, Wickes, Zoopla
